AutoProff is your B2B platform for secure, efficient, and price-conscious trading in used and commercial vehicles—whether via daily auctions or by purchasing vehicles directly in the Marketplace. To help you get started quickly and without hassle, here you will find all the important information about onboarding and using our platform.
What you should know as a buyer:
Daily Auctions
Every day at 11:00 a.m., you can bid on vehicles in the international auction room. In addition, you will also find special auctions such as government vehicles, military vehicles, and more in the auction overview.
To access the auction platform, click on “Login” at the top right of our website www.autoproff.de oder besuchen Sie app.autoproff.com.
Auction Room
Even before the auction ends you can review the vehicles. Keep interesting ones in sight by clicking the “star” icon in the top right corner of the vehicle image. The speech bubble icon next to it allows you to add comments on the vehicle, e.g. “Good pricec”. You can later find all these vehilces in your “Favorites”.

Vehicle Information & Cost Overview
All data such as first registration, chassis number, performance, previous owners, accident damages, equipment & condition, seller information as well as images of the vehicle can be found on the detail page of the respective vehicle.
All mandatory costs are displayed directly below the auction price – below the bid button you will find information about the taxation of the vehicle. Optional services such as transport or Secure Payment are available under the “Services” tab on the vehicle detail page.
Bidding Process
The green bid button allows you to place direct bids at the displayed price. Please note: All bids are binding!
With the bid agent, you can set your maximum bid – the bid agent will then automatically place bids on your behalf up to your limit.

If you’re in a hurry, use our Marketplace to buy immediately available vehicles or send price offers. A secure, efficient transaction with minimal effort. Marketplace rooms with vehicles can be found on the overview page below the auction rooms.

As soon as you have purchased a vehicle, you continue in the “Tasks” section:
Status Tracking: Track every step of your vehicle purchase in real time.
Service Booking: Select optional services such as transport or document shipping directly here.
Payments & Export: Claims, approvals, export documents, and waybills are handled here.
What Happens After the Purchase

“Finances”: Here you will find all invoices and the price list in accordance with our auction terms.
